Voilà, la question est dans le titre !
J'ai essayé plein de truc mais ça ne fonctionne pas.

Je ne connaissais pas Wink, j'ai testé.
J'ai généré (dans les options)un fichier macromedia flash fichier.swf (et pas un uncompressed macromedia flash) accomagné de fichier.htm
Tu envoyes par ftp ton fichier swf dans /flash
tu crée un article où tu insères le swf avec l'editeur fck (tu redimensionnes le lecteur suivant ta source)
ou tu envoyes par ftp le fichier.swf et le fichier.htm et tu pointes lefichier.htm avec un lien article ou avec un lien icone ou menu (pluginicone frame http://www.jmmis.com/articles.php?lng=fr&pg=685 ouplugin getfilehtml http://lebrikabrak.info/articles.php?lng=fr&pg=2219 )
